Worcestershire Parent and Carers' Council was set up in March 2006 by a small group of parents and carers of children with disabilities and/or additional needs.
Our group was set up to provide support for parents and carers who have a child or children with disabilities or additional needs. Some of our members have children in special schools while others are in mainstream. Membership is open to anyone who is living in Worcestershire and has a child with additional needs and/or a disability. One thing we all have in common is a wish to provide the opportunities needed for all our children to reach their full potential and MAKE ALL OF THEIR LIVES BETTER!
