I'm an Operational Manager for Worcestershire County Council and am responsible for producing a public report which identifies childcare gaps in Worcestershire and makes recommedations on improvements that need to be made. It is the responsibility of some of my colleagues to produce an action plan to address these gaps. Consultation is a vital part of my research and my team are working hard to reach as many parents and carers as possible. We know you may have been asked some of these questions in the past but it is important to me that our report highlights an even greater understanding of the needs of your families. I would be very grateful if you could respond to our Childcare Sufficiency Assessment. My sincere thanks to you for your valuable time and for contributing to this very important piece of work. Love all the photos aswell, Blake especially likes the one of him as a baby!!!!! and the one of Shauna on the horse!!!!
